Terms and Conditions
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies, and accessories) should be returned.
The product should be unused, undamaged and in original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
We only accept returns, if the item is bought from our website www.neelamappliances.com and is received by you in damaged condition. Return of the product bought from any other website will not be considered. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery if it's in broken condition or a wrong product received. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the returned package.
In case of any kind of manufacturing defect in the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station.
When you return your product, just mention the reason for return, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package.
Return Policy
- Products that are not opened and/or unused will be accepted.
- Only defective/damaged products will be accepted.
- Product must be returned along with all accessories.
Customer will have to bear the shipping charges for the replaced product.
