PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice to the General Public Regarding Impersonation and Fraudulent Activities
Date: February 2, 2026
All concerned are hereby notified that certain unscrupulous individual(s) is/are engaging in the unlawful impersonation of Mr. Vishal Dedhia, Director, Neelam Stainless Steel Limited, by placing telephone calls in his name and misappropriating his personal identity for the purpose of perpetrating fraud upon members of the public.
Such fraudulent communications may originate from the telephone number +91 88495 32806 or any other unidentified number, wherein the caller falsely represents himself as Mr. Vishal Dedhia (or phonetic variations thereof). The caller’s identity may further be misrepresented through applications such as Truecaller displaying the undersigned’s name, with demands for monetary payments or financial inducements.
Solemn Caution to the Public:
- Refrain entirely from effecting any monetary transfers, disclosures of personal or financial information, or compliance with any such solicitations.
- Report forthwith any such incident to the official channels of Neelam Stainless Steel Limited at +919867900856 or via email to mail@neelamsteel.com.
Declaration: All purported transactions, agreements, or obligations undertaken through unauthorized intermediaries or in the name of the undersigned by persons other than those duly authorized by Neelam Stainless Steel Limited are absolutely null, void, and unenforceable. Rigorous legal proceedings, including but not limited to criminal prosecution under applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and Information Technology Act, 2000, shall be pursued against the perpetrators.
