Still did not receive the product

I placed the order on 24th may 2025. It was a prepaid order. Today is 10th June 2025. I did not receive the product. Its still showing 7th june. No updats about the product. Last update was on 28th may..Bhiwandi maharashtra. After that no update till date. Its frustrating and its a harassment. I Called the customer care multiple times. Still the product did not receive. Got no help from anyone. What an absolute abominable service. I want my money back. I want my refund. Please help.

I have paid for the order and it's your responsibility to make sure that the product reaches the customer in time it's been more than 15 days since I ordered the product but haven't recieved it yet
